Mom and Me Moments is an empowering event series designed to foster deep connection, creativity, and communication between mothers and their pre-teen daughters (aged 9-12). This unique initiative is a collaboration between Change Growth Mastery, the life coaching branch, and Solicitude, which facilitates meaningful craft activities. Together, they create an unforgettable bonding experience that blends life coaching with creative expression.

Change Growth Mastery, led by experienced life coaches, focuses on self-awareness, personal growth, and communication skills through interactive workshops. These workshops are aimed at helping mothers and daughters improve their relationships by exploring important topics like conflict resolution, values, and empathy. The key is providing practical tools to strengthen their bond and navigate future challenges.

On the creative side, Solicitude enhances the experience with engaging craft activities such as personalized bag decorating and DIY lip gloss making. These activities serve as a fun, hands-on way to promote connection and teamwork through creativity. By the end of the event, mothers and daughters will leave not only with keepsakes but also with a renewed sense of connection and a deeper understanding of one another.
